What are the requirements to participate in recruitment?
To participate in recruitment:
- Complete and submit the recruitment application
- Be a male student attending LeTourneau University
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a 2.0 cumulative GPA or higher
- Complete a full semester prior to recruiting
Can I recruit if i'm a commuter?
Yes! Commuters are more than welcome to recruit to Alpha Omega.
Do I have to live in the AΩ House to recruit/be a member?
No. Members are encouraged to, but are not required to live in the House to be a member. You can still live in your dorm or off campus and still be a member of Alpha Omega.
Do I have to be a specific major to join AΩ?
No. Alpha Omega has a long history of members who specialize in a variety of fields. These have included aviation, engineering, education, business, theology, computer science, and many more.

HOW LONG DOES RECRUITMENT LAST?
The recruitment process lasts approximately five weeks. Recruitment events are every Wednesday and Friday evening (save for three).

DOES RECRUITMENT HAVE HAZING?
No. The recruitment process does not have hazing incorporated into it and strictly follows LETU's Anti-Hazing policy.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR DURING RECRUITMENT?
Wednesday Evenings: Business Professional attire:
- Suit
- Tie
- Dress Shirt
- Dress Shoes & Dress Socks
- T-shirt/Jacket
- Jeans/Shorts
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR RECRUITMENT?
You must sign and submit an official recruitment application prior to the first recruitment event. You can fill one out online on this website or submit a physical copy to a member.
